Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values higher on Choice and weak on Select on moderate to
fairly good demand and light offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, and round
cuts steady to firm. Choice loin cuts higher while Select lower. Beef trimmings
sharply higher on good demand and light offerings
