USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values sharply higher on Choice and firm on Select on light 
to 
moderate demand and heavy offerings. Select chuck and round cuts firm to higher 
while rib and loin cuts weak to lower. Choice chuck and round cuts steady to 
firm 
while loin cuts lower. Choice rib cuts sharply higher. Beef trimmings generally 
steady on moderate demand and offerings.
